House rules

Welcome to our accommodation! To ensure a comfortable and safe stay for all guests, we kindly ask you to follow these simple rules. Number of Guests The accommodation is reserved for a maximum of 6 guests. It is not permitted to host additional people beyond those indicated in the booking. Respect for the Neighborhood We invite you to maintain respectful behavior towards the neighborhood, especially during quiet hours (10:00 PM - 8:00 AM). Please avoid loud noises and unauthorized parties. Cleaning and Care of the Accommodation The accommodation is delivered clean and tidy. We kindly ask you to keep it in good condition during your stay. Before check-out, please dispose of trash in the appropriate containers and do not leave dirty dishes. No Smoking Smoking is not allowed inside the accommodation. You may use designated outdoor areas (if available). Use of Appliances Please handle the appliances in the accommodation with care. Any damage caused must be compensated. Turn off lights, air conditioning, heating, and electrical devices when not present in the accommodation. Security Always lock doors and windows when leaving the accommodation. In case of emergency, contact us immediately at the provided numbers. Waste Disposal Please follow the recycling guidelines. Waste must be disposed of in the designated containers according to the instructions in the house. Damages Any damage to the accommodation or furnishings must be reported promptly. Penalties may apply for unreported damages. Wi-Fi Wi-Fi in the accommodation is free. The password and QR code are available in the living room. Parking Parking in front of the house is free. A garage is available upon request for an additional fee of €10 per day.
